Donovan has nearly 30 years of marketing and technical experience, including network architecture and technology planning, product development and lifecycle management, pricing and product economics, and strategic regulatory support. Previously, Donovan served as President of Ad Giants, LLC - a Marketing agency specializing in software and creative services that improve sales and marketing effectiveness. Donovan also served as head of Marketing for Broadwing Communications and has held senior marketing and technical positions with Level 3 Communications, Allegiance Telecom, and ATT.
